What happened to the fortress that vale park once was? Management have turned this fortress into a circus tent. The opposition are guaranteed a fun and joyful experience on a Saturday afternoon. It's about time the circus packed up and left Burslem town to allow us to regain some dignity and respect as a competing professional football club.

Now, four million points adrift of 23rd, worst league goalscoring record in our history or whatever it is....and nothing. The utter misery of Mooreball every week and the dithering at the top over saving us all from it has just completely drained me. And I'm usually the sort who is so arsed that I get irrationally angry over incompetent liners not knowing which way to flag.

There's no experience at the club and it shows. 

Fantastic post and just to add to this I bet the Huddersfield fan that came on here nearly 2 years ago and told us all what we’re witnessing, I hope he’s laughing his way up to Mount Everest at all the muppets on here that didn’t want to listen an shot him down at first instance!

To sum up:

No identity other than backward sideways hoof, no idea in front of goal, always got a mistake in us at the back, injury-prone players, no pace, baffling line-ups, even more baffling substitutions, absolutely no hope as the manager ain’t going anywhere.

I’ll see you all in L2, as that’s me done this season now.

Think it's also time we bury that myth that we have quality players, we really don't ! 

He’s on now and sounds like we are 2nd in the  table . He takes no responsibility that it’s his fault. It’s the team , we’re all frustrated etc. Delusional comments. He knows Carol won’t do anything , he is that arrogant. It’s pathetic. Moore put. 

Carol has completely severed my goodwill towards her.

For context, I think she’s been brilliant and up until Stockport I was an adamant defender that Moore would turn it round. I got swept away by optimism in the Summer and truly believed she’d learned from her mistakes in 22/23 - chiefly, ignoring and patronising the fans who quite clearly understand football better than her and her Synectics/Burton Charity Wing Board of Directors.

Unfortunately, there is a deeply-held negative view of PVFC fans held by the people at the top of the club. This dates back to Flitcroft. There was a quote I was told about us being likened to the biscuits in the tin nobody wants by a very senior member of the club.

It shows. The fans had completely turned against Plymouth and whilst fans are fickle, fanbases are often right. We then get lectured by Hancock, with his years of experience at Wolstanton FC and Burton’s Foundation, who tells us the stats mean we’re all wrong, they know better, and we’re a bit thick for thinking he should go. Running stats and ‘the lads are in good spirits’ were used to smite down the quite obvious facts that we weren’t a good football team at the fundamentals.

We’re now finished, and any sacking is weeks too late. Every day post Plymouth has been negligent. No sane manager will sign up to a guaranteed relegation, and no time to prepare for January. 

Carol and her top team of IT experts have ignored us, again, failing to heed the exact same warnings we correctly made in 22/23. It’s unforgivable and shows that the attitude at the club towards us absolutely stinks 

He might go. It doesn’t matter. The damage is done and I can’t see a route back.

Christ DM - you keep on going on about us creating chances.  Yes we create chances, but they cant convert these chances to goals.

It is if the players are purposely failing to convert them as they want DM gone.

It would be interesting. They’ve made their bed, let them lie in it. They believe in the project, let it play out to a conclusion.

We can’t be any more relegated than we are already. Let him take charge of every game between now and May and come and clap the fans at the end of every one.

It would be an old fashioned public shaming. He has to stick it out unless he chooses to resign with no payoff.

Oh that linesman was terrible as he got numerous things wrong the worst being when he flagged offside when our player (I think it was George Hall) who was going nowhere near the ball and another player came running in and he wasn't offside yet he put his flag up. Also I have to say all the female referees we have had have been excellent but this one today was shocking as she was giving all the fouls Peterborough's way, our players were getting their shirts pulled on numerous occasions and fouled multiple times yet when they went down she wasn't giving us any freekicks and one of the Peterborough's players fully barged onto G Hall at the end of the first half yet she didn't blow for a foul and instead just gave a throw in to them.
