Lomax would have being a like for  like replacement for Clarke, instead he puts best attacking threat at fullback. Well if it did, that would be yet another measure of their footballing incompetency. In dire circumstances like these, a decently run club would have done their shortlisting and be in a position to replace their failing manager within a short period of time, or have an interim manager ready

According to the board, he is doing okay and they have faith in him.  They will not get rid as it will prove the fans are right again and they were wrong - they do not like that.

They have to eat humble pie and get rid of him.  We can see it isn't getting better - so how the hell can't they see it.
