Don’t tell me: ‘we restricted them, switched off, and did everything to get back in the game but couldn’t find that bit of quality”????

Worryingly accurate that

Probably fallen out with Moore like so many before.

I wouldn't be surprised as something has definitely happened for him to not even be in the matchday squad. I mean even Croasdale seems to have fallen out of favour with Moore now as well.

I really like Carol but if she does not get rid of Moore now and get a good replacement then I’m going to start thinking if she is right to run the club on her own. Does she need more help? Does she need to step back and let someone else run the club? Crosby was not the right choice, Moore was not the right choice, especially on a 5.5 year contract, and to give both managers the job without interviewing anyone else is border line criminal. Get it wrong again will cost her millions and once again we will have to continue watching dross. She should by now have 3-4 strong candidates- get them in for interviews, dig deep to get the right manager, someone who can keep us up this season and push forward next season.

She's doing wonderful for the Foundation , the over 50s this and that, feeding the worlds poor etc etc but as an owner of a professional Football club in its celabratory 150th year she should be looking hard into a mirror and asking some hard hitting questions . I dont think she has the answers because she is scared of what "nice People" will say if she sacks Moore.

It’s simple, when the matchday squad was picked, his name wasn’t pulled out of the hat.

As I have said before several weeks ago.

Carol and her family for all her good work and investment ( the board) are out of their depth in managing the football side. Not helped by an inexperienced CEO. this will be the vales downfall.

We will have to accept that relegation is a certainty this season.

John Rudge hasn't been active in the game properly in over a decade. If we ask him, we may as well play Bingo with ex-John Rudge players and contacts and I think you'll find that extends to about Steve Guppy who was last seen coaching Rochester in USL.

No, it's time to put the manager job advert up and go through the candidates. It's a crap shoot, and yes there is every chance it could go wrong.

But she could, lean on the football contacts she has for advice and we bring somebody in. Either that or pick somebody she believes in that wants to fight and attack and go from there.

Let's just get a move on and get going with finding the next manager.

Look what I'm saying is Either We Sack Darren or We Sink into the Abyss

And if Carol decides to stick with Darren then maybe she should sell up

Even the official account is uploading Moore’s interview.

Carol is sat having a chat with Paddy about what to do.

This should have been a ruthless sacking and a statement that things are about to change.

Terrible stuff.

Carol chatting to Paddy is a worry 😲

Where do you start with that.

Plymouth were absolutely awful, worse than most sides we faced last season in League Two and we still managed to lose to them. I don’t see how Moore comes back from that.

We got it spot on in fairness largely with Tolaj in that we isolated him and Heneghan bullied him but to yet again have a lapse of concentration to cost us the game was ridiculous, think it’s the only time they remotely threatened.

After that it was the usual Vale when behind. Lots of bluster no composure.

Disaster of a result and based on today easily by some distance the worst two sides in the league. Expect this to be a league two fixture barring a huge turnaround for both clubs.

As for Tolaj, is what it is. Disrespectful yes but we’ve got bigger problems than that.

Yep.

I would just think there are better people to call upon than somebody who has been enjoying retirement for so long.

Anything other than a change of manager now is fiddling with Rome burns.

Plymouth were the worst side i have seen this season. I thought we created far more than them but  once again its our woeful finishing that is letting us down. The system we are playing doesn't help. Headley playing wing back doesn't help because he is not a defender. We should have changed to a back 4 system  weeks ago when we lost Mitch, Gordon and Gabriel because other than Johnson who is now also injured, we have no one to fulfil that role competently. Play players to their strengths and not to play in a system that doesn't suit them.

Darren has not got the tactical nous to change to a system that suits the players he has available to him and i don't think he has the man management skills for when things go wrong. I think it is time for him to go now because it is clear he not up to taking Vale out of the mess he has created.

Well, we pretty much all predicted that, Plymouth taking all 3 points and tolaj scoring the winner. It simply had to happen that way.

It is all on Carol now, surely this can't be a repeat of last time.

Can it?

We all know the definition of insanity, repeating the same thing over and over, expecting a different outcome.

I have to say I was very disappointed with tolaj's behaviour. I went to the game ready to give him an ovation for what he had done for us before his move. I didn't see anything that would explain his actions, did I miss something or is he just an apology for a human being?

He doesn't owe us anything. Doesn't bother me at all.

If anything, what he's done today just shows he will do the same to them when his next move comes calling in the summer.

Very poor this. Have they only just figured out he needs to go?
