Just like Curtis playing wingback/striker and then moving and playing consistently in his favoured position, or Tolaj being left out or played wide for half a season before leaving to play consistently for another team, I wonder if Cole will go somewhere and not play left wing/alone up front?

Hasn't Brady got a bit of a reputation at Northampton for taking chances on unknown players and polishing them up a bit to get the best out of them

Although that might have been because of his budget,so i would hope he gets a bit of backing here(unless she really has had enough) to bring in a couple who are currently playing in the EFL even if that is with an eye on next season

With regard to Keiron Bowie and Marc Leonard yes he did. But there were plenty of failures as well, and reading between the lines, he had some major fall outs with some of them.  It works both ways I suppose.

Well, I think Huddersfield will be the first club putting in an offer for Devante given that Alfie May has just been sent off and Bojan Radulovic their other striker has just gone off injured at the same time.

Moores made a real mess. Hancock & Carol have sat and watched the continued abuse and “hoping” it would be ok.

This is where you need a former coach / manager at the DoF level really to hold the manager to account and spot the sort of things Hancock and Carol would not be able to see.

Come on. My hamster told me Moore needed sacking after Plymouth.

I mean more before that though. A DoF there at the club means players have somebody else to go to, to raise concerns with. The DoF can pull Moore up on the squad recruitment strategies as well. Moore had the wool over the eyes of the leadership at the club and far too much discretion that we are now paying for.

It wasn't smurf who presided over the January window the season we went up last time.

We haven't really had good January windows in recent times apart from the Connor hall / legge one from memory. I remember the Micky Adams one with purse and Hughes coming in which got us up and over the line

If Headley hadn’t come in last January would we have been promoted?

I mean the one we had sale of our best players Alnwick, Grant and losing Alex Jones.

Nope. He’s had a couple of loan players in from bigger clubs but that’s about it.

He’s got no reputation whatsoever for developing players

Don't know if anyone is watching but I like the look of this number 28 winger for Plymouth.

Reckon he could do a good job us.

Would anyone shed a tear if Cole went?

Garbage striker.
I stated before that he is an Ellis Harrison clone.
Gets his move. Hits the ground running. Then throws his toys out after a few months.

Watching him he’s Bambi on ice. Good riddance to him. Put Shipley in the same taxi.

Anyone notice Tolaj isn't in the Argyle side tonight ? is he injured ? Or is he off? bringing some £££ our way?

Plymouth have said that he failed a late fitness test.

From a purely business perspective we should definitely sell him, since we are going down and there’s no way he’s still with us in league 2. May as well cash in during Jan when the prices are higher.

Optically though this is terrible. What an absolutely shambolic club we are. 12 points adrift and selling our top scorer. The club may as well come out now and tell us they’ve accepted relegation and forfeit all remaining games.

As someone else has said, this is a Smurthwaite esque window, like the one where we flogged Grant and Alnwick.

Carol, Hancock, and Moore should be utterly ashamed of what they have done to our club this season. Hancock needs sacking ASAP and Moore should never get a managerial job again.

Injured.
