Looks as though OJO has fallen in love with DM and has got over the bitter break up over Crosby leaving !

Superb tonight.

It usually takes a couple of years to get over the breakup of a loved one

From his interview, DM sounds like from now on he will pick 3 central midfield players in a 5 across midfield to start a game.

Makes total sense, it's our strongest area of the squad. We have 5 very good central midfielders. 6 if you include Curtis as an attacking midfielder.

Tolaj and Faal should also be a real handful for any defence up top.

Wondered tonight how Gazza would get back into the side after that performance by our midfield but, on reflection, he will def get back in for the simple reason that he scores goals - the one ingredient we were lacking.

One of the nice dilemmas that Dazza will shortly have - who gets dropped to make way?

So Mitch's arm is irrelevant and Mitch's body is clearly onside.

A good goal chalked off by incompetent officials.

100% the player can't play the ball with his arm so of course it doesn't count as offside dobson and the linesman are both wrong.

He can play it with his shoulder though. Which is what I assume he meant.

Do you still think it screams league 2 ?

After Headley's sending off I said it was the consistency of referees that annoyed me and that if an opposition player did the same tackle what was the betting that they would only get a yellow card for it and low and behold that's exactly what has happened tonight, but IMO the tackle from Bagan was worse than Headley's.

Brilliant performance, full of effort and really good aggressive attacking football.

Exactly what we want to see, well done to all.

We’ll do very well to hold onto Tolaj, he’s everything that is good about this team.

Big praise for big Jesse, exactly what was needed against the big lad for Cardiff.

As the saying goes " WE WAZ ROBBED". Where is VAR when you want it and I am NOT a fan and also a REFEREE even though it is in grassroots football.MITCH CLARK'S goal was definitely onside but ruled out by the assistant referee. Pleased it wasn't me who was guilty as we all make errors of judgement and unfortunately for PVFC a costly error. As in reality we should not be debating" THE GOAL THAT WASN'T". As on the balance of play PVFC were streets ahead of a very mediocre CARDIFF CITY side whose best player was debutant goalkeeper Nathan Trott.

For me Vale played superbly but lacked composure and the killer touch infant of goal and should have by at least two or three goals. Their wasn't a weak link in the team tonight for me and if Vale continue in that vein they should be at least mid table.

Cardiff City know they got away with a lucky point tonight. Go to CARDIFF CITY fans forum and their are plenty of Bluebirds fans stating how fortunate their team have been at PVFC. Plenty of praise for Vale. Excellent following from CARDIFF CITY and I had a chat prematch to a number of them. Decent football loving fans. Not like the old days of the 80's, 90's and early naughties of" THE SOUL CREW". They were a handful. Made " THE NAUGHTY 40" of Stoke look like schoolboys.

Onwards and upwards for the Vale. Should be a good local Derby at Burton Albion next.

I have to say for the players that Cardiff have at their disposal I thought some of them struggled to cope with our players at times most noticeably Calum Chambers.

Great game to watch. Just a shame we couldn’t manage to finish off one of our numerous chances. Tolaj is a special player.

Also worth remembering we've seen nothing this season of Garrity, Gabriel and Richards yet, on top of the new loanee striker who seems to come with a lot of promise.

We're going to have some very strong looking benches once everyone is fit.
