    So v Gillingham  13 thousand 661 (away say 661)so 13 thousand home folk 

    V Cardiff 2200 away following (up to yet)9850 so only 7650 home support up to yet  however theres 25hrs and 40 mins too game.

    So potentially out of that 5000 who havent got a ticket yet, well they could well do whos to say they will not .

    Its a thurs though v Tranmere opening home game of last season only 8102 there on a sat  with 1500 away travellers 

    So opening games already attracted 1300 more home support v Cardiff City than last seasons opener so if didnt sell one more ticket still FANtastic .

    They sent me my season ticket this afternoon so I'm around 80% confident of being let into the game.

    I rang up the ticket office and while I was in the queue an email dropped into my inbox with my QR code.

    I was on hold for so long that they got round to replying to my email from several days ago before they managed to pick up the phone.

    You’re lucky, I emailed about 5 weeks ago and still not had a reply

    10K Home attendance first home league game v CARDIFF CITY who play PVFC for the first time in over 20 years. 

     CARDIFF have sold around 2,200 which will probably rise to about 2,500 amazing for Thursday night fixture. But " NEW GROUND" for most Bluebird supporters and hopefully none of the notorious "SOUL CREW", from the football hooligan days of CCFC.

     Many Vale fans are saying that CARDIFF CITY are a " BIG CLUB", around twenty years ago when Vale would regularly play the Bluebirds they regularly only attracted attendances of five or six thousand at Ninian Park and only took a few hundred to away matches. After their rise up the divisions and briefly to the Premier League. CARDIFF CITY'S support dramatically increased including moving to an all seater 30K stadium. Now their average attendance is closer to 18K. But unlike Vale. CARDIFF CITY have poor owners " The Tan Family", who are detested by CARDIFF CITY fans. No investment over the Summer no new signings and strong interest from Gareth Bale attempting to get a takeover which could help the club get back to the Championship.

     Yes CARDIFF CITY had a good win on the opening day v PETERBOROUGH by why can't VALE rise to the occasion. Inspired by a large crowd and take three points. Similar situation for attendance at least to last season v BRADFORD CITY. Big away following and VALE produce a first class performance to down " THE BANTAMS" same can happen again Thursday night. 

     CARDIFF CITY have a new manager but a young inexperienced team.
