Well, we're sitting here in a baking hot bedroom...me and my son and heir.

I've tried around half a dozen times the other day,and again today,to set up an account but it keeps sending me to reset my password and then won't recognize my postcode.

I have a pvfc-shop.com.account where I previously bought STs and other Matchday tickets but I can't get tickets on this as it keeps locking my account.

I'll try again like I did the other day but I'm not sitting for hours

It's a bloody farce

I think you need to email the ticket office. They can be quite helpful 🤠

Does anyone know if you can screenshot your digital season ticket and send it to someone else (family member) for them to use?

 

I'm on holiday and would like to do that before I put it up for resale

I do feel sorry for you mate but not really much the club can do if they’ve sold out?

Just keeping checking over the course of the week in case season ticket holders release any

you can - but make sure you trust them!  it'll be same code next year and they could beat you to the ground each game and get in ahead of you!

Tried again today... same result 

Registered on the link Doha sent me,as did my lad. They would only let him buy one at a time and when he went to buy the other,there were none available. The lot had gone in 4 minutes.

Yes I do appreciate the new system is difficult to set up at first. Once you’re sorted on it though it’s far better than previous. Might be one to sort in the club shop for future reference (if you live close that is, if not might have to be over email)
