The only fact is that he has had a knee ligament injury within the last few years that put him out of action. FACT.

Phil, I'm more inclined to ask why you are being negative when the players were being linked with or getting are FAR better than in a good long while, lwst we forget two years ago we were signing Alex Iacovitti???

I'd say he needs a fair bit of polishing.  But who knows, given our striker signings last season?

Always a gamble, sometimes takes a season to settle in, make his mark etc. Ask Vardy at Leicester sitting on the bench at Leicester with Kane.

2013 Kane was on loan at Leicester starting 13 games.

That's what we hope to do with young players in the hope we can find that one to sell on,so at 21 this lad is the right age but whether we are interested anyway is another matter

He’s described as a right back, I was thinking he has been brought in to challenge Debrah for first team place but could possibly play in the center or right wing back. I hope Debrah isn’t been shifted to the center and Gabriel to the right of him, I think we need 2 very good centre defenders who have experience in playing this position.

Well I know you and a few others seem to be trying to make him a replacement for debrah but my question is has he actually ever played in any of the centre back positions? If he hasn't then why would we play hm there ahead of a proper central defender.

When have I been negative? I stated a fact- we have been quoted as interested in another player who has had a knee ligament injury. May I point out, without you being precious that Mitch Clark has had quite a bit of time on the sidelines down to a torn ligament in his knee, which ruled him out for most of the 23-24 season, his latest injury was a broken neck which is very unfortunate and rare yet there are many who question his ability to stay fit.

How do you know the players are a lot better? Have you been scouting them or watching them play over the last couple of seasons? Not being negative, I am more than happy we have signed a right back as this is one of the positions I’ve said we need to sign, is Gabriel any good? I don’t have a scoobie, I can’t recall watching him play but will judgement after a few games rather than trust your untold knowledge about all these players who we are signing or being linked with.
