He’d be the first one to go in the Summer for me. Not worth 20% of the money he’s reportedly on.

He was my man of the match today

And what does a top 3 team look like? Walsall have been poor for about 4 weeks now, Doncaster very much up & down & dropping points all the time. Notts County the same & the rest around of the teams around us have been apart from Bradford. They’ve been the consistent ones & they have lost today. Points are being dropped all over the shop & looks like majority of the top 7 are feeling the pressure

Bradford have scored 5 more goals than vale and played 2 games more so how negative is there manager

It’s all too static in the middle, thought Walter’s did okay but if we’re gonna persist with this system you need a point at the top of the midfield. Chizzie Richards or Curtis.

Byers.

Lots of respected lower league pundits who have been on the EFL shows and also bloggers,  universally acclaimed him as the best player in the division.

I know he's had injuries but I'm still waiting for him to absolutely run the show as anticipated.

A real damp squib at times.

There's a very good player in there but he hasn't shown consistent quality.

These last few games he appears to have been played as the sitting midfielder, it may be time to play him further up the pitch to use his vision and quality passing skills.

Should have won it.
Could have lost it.
Got out of jail.

Another yawnfest for 80 minutes.
Utterly sick and tired of this cautious manager who only goes for the win with ten to go!

Nothing will change my mind in that if we had a manager who wasn’t playing football manager, we would walk this league.

On a side note. George Byers.
That lad absolutely believes his own hype and it’s detrimental to his own game and the team in general.
When Byers gets the ball, go toilet, have a fag, go the shop, and by the time you get back he’ll still have the ball, doing nothing with it.
Yeah I get it’s an exaggeration but it’s becoming ridiculous at how he thinks he’s so much better than anyone else and yet just holds on to the ball for an absolute age, to the detriment of the team.

The three home games after Colchester are so crucial, not to this season but potentially the future of the club. We can’t languish in this league again next year.
I would like to see the club put an offer on for those 3 home games. 30 quid for the 3. Get the fans in and give the managers head a wobble and actually start attacking sides for a good chunk of the game.

Finally…. The Swiss Haaland comes up trumps again. That lad is going to play championship football at least at some point of his career. He will carry us over the line I hope. He’s that type of character.

First time that I have risen to this, this season but fook me, this is boring

His post match interview is bizarre. I don't know how he can watch today or any of the last three games and say that we dominated or were on top. We've been completely and utterly passive and chucked 6 points away against three pretty poor teams. We'd be in the automatics now if he'd could break these teams down.

I think today's a demonstration of how paper thin the squad is below the decent 11-14 players. A couple of injuries or underperforming players and we're reduced to Sam Hart, Hackford and jerry. Worrying considering our injury issues for the past 20 odd years.

For me sang has to stay in on Tuesday on the right of the back 3 with license to get forward. John(if fit) on the right and Mitch on the left.  Take the game to them for a change. And ffs will someone start showing for throw ins!

He’s intelligent and a good captain, small touches like dropping into the back 4 when Deborah was off injured

he’s only just getting somewhere near to full fitness

he was tidy in possession today, and kept it calm when it was needed.

think we will see the best of him in the next few games now he’s fit. Put garrity with him as well and he will be even better !

We put 3 past them.at Vale Park .

So we should be happy with a point, with the players we have at our disposal compared to there's.

I've got a clue about football I've analysed it for years I see everything ..apart from R Richards wasn't on bench lol ....

It's all about setup ,and changing tactics within a game make your side the better side .

Why play 3 defensive midfielders, when the object of the game is too win the game ,why play 3 centre half's when if they were any good you would only need 2 Hall and another .

The set up is same  old .

Why do you think people are moaning

Wouldn't be moaning if you saw signs, that the team were really dictating, and playing quick front foot football

I ain't seen the last 2 away games so I cannot judge them, but even v Harrogate then had 7 players out who were ill i believe we made them look good second half due to our negative set ups ,where we seem to be trying go for the most games drawn in  a league season.

It's totally garbage for the players we have there's never a change of system

3 -5 -2 is crap if going play 9 men behind the ball and on Tues v Harrogate for there corners we had all our players back .

Garbage

I'd say it's not about keyboard warriors, it's about trying understand what Moores thought process is, it seems to me he is not a brave type of manager at all well he needs be or we finishing 8th or lower

UTV

His drab interview after today's game, spoke volumes in to his game set up / thought process. No need to be expressive, if we can keep it tight and nick the odd "charnce"  The team certainly plays in a fashion that reflects his approach. This'll bring the punters through the gates - not.

The sceptic in me would respond to that by pointing out that it’s March, so probably about time he put in a decent shift.

But as I say, that’s the sceptic in me and I’m a lot more positive than that….

For me, Byers plays like a player who’s scared to get injured. Cautious, passive and making a safe pass rather than one that will split the opposing defence. On the evidence of this campaign, an expensive sick-note who needs to start taking a few risks.

Agree with everything other than:-

1) we will be in L2 next year; and

2) the only way we’ll see a full VP with this joker in charge will be if we use our stripey-eyes neighbours method of counting i.e.  every person through the turnstile = 3 on the attendance (even if in terms of body weight the average Lardie is 3x heavier than the typical fan elsewhere).

Our manager says Chzzy has got a huge role to play , here's an idea Darren start playing him from the start you wet wipe , Thanks 🙄😬
