Fantastic start - terrible end = average 1st half of the season overall. To halt the current form we have to go big in January.

We've also (almost unbelievably given the current  cr*p) scored 3 goals twice this season. 

Carol wont do anything as she is too nice and will give him more time.  Only when we free fall down the league like we normally do, will she be forced to do something about it.

Today was total rubbish from the players and the DM and Co.  No fight in the team at all.  No idea how to change things around when Grimsby showed more spirit.
