    Well yeah, there are risk to life warnings in that area of the country, so the legal liabilities are huge if they ignored those and asked fans to travel. 

    Stoke area not covered so fans can travel at will and Vale can’t be accused of ignoring such warnings. 
     

    Everton had no choice.
