Each transfer window we have rebuilt with polystyrene instead of bricks.  And we seem to have spent a ludicrous amount of money in doing so.  Moore makes mistakes but he has inherited a squad that is lacking in balance, bottle and balls.  That's all.

I completely agree that poor recruitment is at the bottom of our woes but that said, how on earth does the team manage to get comfortably ahead in the first half and then completely collapse in the second half as we seem to keep doing now? What's going on there? Moore has to take some responsibility for that.

Well seems funny how a team can be so dominant then igve 4 goals away .

What's that down too.

Glad you happy enjoy your sat night .

You do realise that relegation to <ovf censored> league won't go down well at all don't you .

How do the players go from 1 extreme to another .

Where the leadership Smith you useless <ovf censored>

Someone else that use to post on here, not too long ago, did not like Smith either.

To be fair the whole squad lacks any real leaders. Garrity probably the only one I can think of & that’s more down to his tenacity & willingness to never stop running his socks off

I notice that there are sometimes bits in the Radio Stoke interview that aren't in the club interview - for example here he says the reason he took Ikpeazu off and brought on Weir was that Loft has sustained an achilles injury and withdrew after the warm up:

Is that the second time Loft's been injured in the warm up?

Something to look forward to next season, well, for those in the paddock anyway, the new bogs should be ready

Nothing to worry about then, all is well in the World, thanks Carol...

At 38 years old I've now come to accept that my entire footballing life will consist of seeing us flitter between the basement division & League 1. There will be good times every now & again, but the bad times will far outweigh the moments we remember for the right reasons. That day at Wembley feels like a very long time ago now. It was a different club just 2 years ago.

We're down. I accepted it weeks ago. Shrews was the final nail. Low & behold, had we beat them we'd now be level on points & things would've looked a lot more rosy. Alas, it wasn't to be. We've been garbage off the pitch & we've been garbage on the pitch. We fully deserve relegation, which actually makes it slightly easier for me to bare.

I'll still be there next season. Not sure I'll have a season ticket, as there have genuinely been times this year where I've come away from games feeling mentally exhausted by it all. Today was another one. I'll pick & choose I think from now on.

See you on Tuesday.

I'm not sure if anybody commented on this in the Peterborough game forum but.....

When Lofty was subbed off v Peterborough he didn't go to the bench he went straight down the tunnel. The iFollow camera was pointed straightdown the tunnel looking at Moore. In the background Lofty booted the door/wall as he went down the tunnel definitely not a happy clapper1 Did anybody else see it or was it my imagination? Then today he's injured in the warm-up??????

Yeah I saw it, I think if anything like a falling out between them had happened Moore wouldn’t have even named him in the squad to be honest mate

When we are down, the toilets are going to be 3 buckets at the back of the stand.  Last one still in the stand gets to swill them out.  No money left in the piss pot as Vale have recruited another 300 staff behind the scenes to process what went wrong over the past 2 years.
