Stockley - we can only guess on but you would think 50-80k wouldn't you?

Tolaj - Just going off what the guy who worked at the club said,he said his clause was 200-250k

Paton - rumoured to be 150k

Hall - They said it was an offer they couldn't turn down so again at a guess 50-80k maybe

What it does show because like i said we are all guessing on fees is how well Carol and Kevin have backed DM this window and that's without wages

Where have you heard DM say the new skipper would be a new signing (I may have missed an interview)? I recall he said we’d have a new captain on the pitch at the supporters club night but don’t remember him saying it would be a new recruit - remember at the time thinking Ben G was a potential candidate if it was someone from the current squad but we’ve made a few signings (with possibly more to come) since, some of whom could take the armband too.

I might have heard it wrong then mate, hopefully someone could enlighten us. Or he possibly could have just said a new captain in general. I could have read it on the forum or just be completely off the mark with this one 🤷‍♂️

I think everyone who reads this website knows my feelings on Flitcroft and what went on.

I will always stand by and say Carol was gaslighted by David. 
Gaslighting is massively real and those who have been through it or know people around you who has been through it will only know how it affects you as a person.

David Flitcroft is a businessman and a very clever one. 
His input at Bury was there to see and without doubt was a huge part of their demise. 
 

He swindled a fanbase. An owner. Those around him. 
What startled me was (and I may be wrong on this with the player) but it was Tommy McDermott signing his first contract and that interview. I think it was Tommy. 
Anyway, he thanked Carol, the gaffer and “Mr Flitcroft”.

That title struck out to me as this man has huge power over those around him. 
And when you are gaslighted you will then protect that person and alienate those around you that can see it and care. 
You just have to wait until the eyes become open. However long that takes.

With Carol I will say she got it in the end. Too late to save our league 1 status. Too late after a wonderful group of vale fans sat down with her. 
And now she’s saying I’m sorry (it’s not her fault by the way) I’m going to make this right. 
 

In Darren Moore we have a proven top top manager. 
We have a vibrant owner who has now got renewed energy. 
Fans who are back on track. 
Players who are young, proven and hungry. 
 

The future is massively bright. The scars of the last 18 months on us all as owners players and fans have disappeared.

Roll on August.
