New Manager is ?

No doubt whoever it is they're the cheaper option. I hope to be proved wrong this time. Hopefully Carol has learned by now that she needs to get it right on the pitch first and foremost before anything else. Appointing the right manager, even if you have to push the boat out a little with what you're happy to pay him, is and will always be vital for any football club.
The likes of Kennedy and Robinson just won't cut it.

So you've already declared:

1. We've gone for the cheap option.
2. Kennedy will fail.
3. Robinson will fail.

And you wonder why people accuse you of being unduly negative?!

whoever it is we will seee; but the transfer window has gone and he can’t sign any players but the club has to take some responsibility for this as I firmly believe that Crosby was thrown under the bus to save Flitcroft and it should have happened before Christmas to allow the new manager to sign players but I do not trust Flitcroft whatsoever and believe he should be moved on but strangely Carol doesn’t think so and chucking youth team coaches to manage the club is like throwing them under the bus as well

I also initially though DF should be running first team matters since Crosby was sacked but after thinking about it surely flitcroft would be out and about meeting potential new managers

U can’t lose 3-0 to bottom of the league  and lose 4 times to bottom of the table and keep your job wether u like DF or not them results cost Crosby his job

I said back in 2019, maybe before that, that Ainsworth should be appointed. Way before he was promoted with Wycombe and way before he was given the job at QPR

It was apparent he was working with very little resource, sometimes pulling out extraordinary results. And that was in League 2.

So, we now have him available, and in a position where he would probably be tempted here with the right offer.

If the DOF does not deem him suitable, then the DOF runs the risk of another decade of failure and stagnation. Most fans can see it coming a mile off.

The owner has sort of alienated herself with a fair proportion of supporters and still has the backing of the blind,  so here is her chance to make amends.

1.Get rid of Flitcroft

2.Get Ainsworth in, probable survival with the poor squad that Vale are stuck with

3.Rebuild for the next two seasons and carefully buy suitable players for a promotion push

4. The owners get full return on their 'investments'

People need to wake up and realise Carol isn’t going to part company with DF - she clearly has a lot of time for him, end of.
Whoever takes over as manager will get my support as they have a hell of a job on to keep us up.

Doesn’t mean we have to tho! We can still support the lads even if we don’t want Flitcroft here. This next managerial appointment is make or break for him I feel.

I agree although she is his employer. I believe a season should be judged at its end but if we are relegated, the root cause would be clear.

Agreed like you said he’s here till the end of this campaign at the very least. Hoping he can find a coup this time 🙏

Well, if that's the attitude of the owners then they will have to reap what they sow.

We are in a waking up period and clearly lot's of supporters still haven't woken up.

People will have suspicions you are backing the owner and DOF. You may come across people who disagree with you from time to time.

Supporters are fickle.  "IF" Carol/Flitcroft appoint a new manager and he does well, you will soon see attitudes change.
