Obviously we don't know who is going to get the job yet. However if the rumours of who is being shortlisted have any truth, it is very troubling. Why oh why are they looking at candidates with very limited track record of any sort never mind any particular success.

I fear Flitcroft just wants a yes man who will not challenge him.

Why haven't we appointed Ainsworth yet? Hopefully Carol learns from her mistakes and doesn't just go for the cheap option to save a few quid. Otherwise attendances will continue to get lower and lower, and so will our position in the football leagues.

Both of you need to engage your brains. I would say doing all we can to encourage the team to get 3 points is the top, in fact only, priority at the minute. That's if you really are Vale fans not morons who are acting like lemmings.

The problem with a new Manager/Coach regardless of their previous success or experience the appointment relies on luck, history is littered with managers who you would have thought would guarantee success and for one reason or another they failed.   .
