Maybe they'll unveil the new manager at half time tomorrow. Wheel a big box on to the pitch, play Also sprach Zarathustra and then get him to pop out. Although knowing Vale's luck and Flitcroft's lack of competence, they'll have made the box airtight and he'll just keel over.

Like someone said earlier (maybe @Brian Johnson ) over stock has fallen over the last year. I can’t see who we could attract from another club and the names currently out of work aren’t that inspiring. Probably Darren Moore stands out as he’s got a team up from this level recently, but is he able to get a team out of a mess like we’re in? 

1973, they’re all mercenaries in football, demanding that they’re paid a top wage and with most it’s based on a successful twelve month period. I suppose it’ll be a two year contract and or a decent lump based on keeping us in the division. (Division, I know, they have been called that for some time.) Just the era that I was brought up in.

I cant see anything at all in the Moore thing apart from people putting a few quid on him when they saw his odds change,in fact I have a mate who lumped a few quid on Bell and his odds dropped straight away,so unless someone goes to like 1/8 I wouldn't even look at the odds me sen

The odds have lengthened slightly on all 3 favourites now :-

Moore 2/1

Bonner 6/1

Lee Bell has suddenly gone 4th in the list at 8/1 [.....EDIT : that'll be down to werstayinup's mate then, as above! 😆]

Wish Kennedy would disappear. I know the odds rarely have anything to do with the actual outcome of these things but the thought of him frightens the bloody life out of me

Can i just put this out there,there is no way Moore is coming to Vale
