 Many strong and accurate viewpoints on this forum & YES I have stated that Andy Crosby needs to be held accountable for Vale's indifferent form and the inexcusable defeat to basement club Fleetwood. But Andy Crosby was appointed manager with NO MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE. The main culprit although he NEVER appears to do public interviews and hides in the background is so called DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL DAVID FLITCROFT. 

 Carol needs to oust them both. But like other Vale fans I can't see it happening. 

 Near neighbours of ours have experienced the same issues this season and have partly solved their problems by sacking unpopular manager Matt Taylor at Shrewsbury, but again their clueless so called Director of Football remains. Possibly like Vale it is down to finance.

Biggest financial crime I know of is the wages being stolen by the likes of Crosby, Flitcroft and numerous players at the club. 
 

Carol is far from immune to criticism. It would be wholly ethical to be honest with the fans about the current situation and the lack of funding available to improve the situation. Instead we get a smokescreen of a campus, President Robbie and numerous other distraction techniques that are starting to fail. 
 

Most people who own football clubs can claim to be successful business people. Means nothing if the football business they own is doing badly.
