Regarding Williams maybe an underlying medical problem refers to something like mental health, gambling, alcohol, drugs problems etc.

Saying it in the way we have doesn't jeopardize his future career if he manages to sort it out. I have no idea that this is the case but these sort of things could cause major issues with regards to playing but not get picked up in a medical.

Cass' level is League Two. He's slow, ponderous and has poor distribution. Can't fault his effort or attitude though.

Why could he easily play as a number 10 or striker if he’s a winger? Surely it’s about time we change this formation to accommodate players like him rather than play him out of position
