In fairness as bad as we’ve been we deserve a point here. Created far more. Their keeper done well

It's one thing if Burton turned up and played great despite their league position. That happens in football. But they've been utterly <ovf censored> but somehow we have managed to be worse. The manager should have changed it at half-time or at the very latest the moment they went ahead. Just a really <ovf censored> evening on what could have been a great night and we only have ourselves to blame. That's Port Vale all over.

Come on lads we deserve something from this

Hardly. We've had far more shots on and off target, more of the ball, far more corners. Just haven't taken our chances and they have, despite being utter <ovf censored>.

Come on Vale.  Game on and another for us will make it interesting.

Could we get the 3 points.  🤣

Great goal. Come on Vake

3-1.  Normal service has resumed.

Come on Vale.  Need to change things around and looks as if its about to happen.

Just when we were beginning to get some consistency--here we go again--so disappointing.

Burtons tactics have been spot on tonight. It was only a matter of time before we faced a very high press with very physical and niggily tackles etc. Their closing down has been immense.
Yes our defence messed up for the goals, but don't be mistaken Burton aren't as bad as people are making out and deserve a bit of respect for how they've approached this game.
Their goal keeper has also kept them in this.

18 shots, 8 on target for the Vale

...and 3 shots and 3 goals for them....

Deserved something out of that but we lost that game more than they won it. They are one of the poorest sides we'll play all season at Vale Park.

23 shots and 14 on target according to the stats I’m looking at

Joke we’ve lost this. We have been poor but still created lots, their keeper has played well and the usual horrible time wasting throughout. Balmer very poor, Devine struggled as well and I don’t like Sang at RWB. Where was Ryan loft? What is the point in signing a striker and not using him when desperate for a goal at home? Keeper won them 3 points. Onto the next one, Arblaster was fantastic. Thought Clarke and grant did well as well

Man of the match - their goal keeper for keeping them in it and some great play acting near the end.

Hope they learn from this and can break down sides that do what Burton did.
