Stoke fans attending VP

I am happy for any fan of any club to turn up at vale park pay the admission fee and watch the game. They have then helped the cause. But what ****ing help does some **** fan give by sitting in vale park in his ****ing stoke top?

Come by all means, but there is absolutely no need to wear another football teams shirt.

Let's be a little intelligent here, Stoke-on-Trent is the smallest city to support two full-time football clubs, that is something we should be proud of. By my reckoning the only two cities with two clubs that have been in existence for longer than Vale and Stoke combined are from Nottingham and Birmingham. So our rivalry with Stoke is the third longest in the history of world football, why should we not be brothers in arms for one night

Because we are rivals? Jesus wept , why is everyone panicing , we arent in the **** that bad , it could be far worse we could be rangers or pompey. We won't be shut down and there will be more than one person interested in takeover.

I might go to a forthcoming Stoke game wearing a Vale top and see how I get on, given that we're all having one great big love-in these days.

I'm sure we'll probably spend most of Tuesday night ****ing each other off in the Paddock Bogs instead of watching the game.

Exactly, another great thread on Closetstokefan , why not wear a stoke top to the vale?

Everton and Liverpool fans often sit together, so it can be done.

Probably 90% of the crowd could and would behave like normal, decent human beings, however, all it would take is a couple of knuckle-dragging chavs who think a toothbrush is some sort of musical instrument or one or two numpty's who had some Sunny D before the match to cause trouble in the stands and outside the stadium.

Words fail me, no they don't I must reply to Guppy and Santa. Firstly, Guppy your hero (one of mine to) played for Vale and Stoke so if your hero can have a foot in both camps why can others not do the same.

Santa, you missed the obvious point Stoke fans coming on Tuesday wearing their colours are attending specifically to show support for us and for our existence......rather different to the scenario picture you paint.

If we need SCFC to come and pay whilst wearing their shirts then it's time to pack in....

If you want this club to succeed, then firstly let's make sure the old board are gone..... then, it's get off your ar£e time and do your bit..

It's no good having a couple of matches where the attendance is higher, it needs to be sustained....

Do not attend VP in Stoke shirts, that's just taking the ****!

So just to clarify if you go into administration you wouldn't want Stoke fans showing solidarity by paying money to come and watch you?

I'm going to Disneyland on Monday, so can't go to the match on Tuesday. If you PM me yr address I'll post you my ticket for the match. I'm in the Lorne St stand and the people round me; who always make my Crewe Alex mate welcome will be nice as pie.

Well done, some funds raised there!

No. Keep your **** shirts out of Vale Park. Others might want you, but I don't. I hate your club with every bone in my body and if the tables were turned I'd love it if you went bump, love it.

We don't want your pitty or smugness and I'd rather we died than to have **** fans like you, ramming down our throats how you saved us, because you came to one game.

We're Vale and we'll sort our mess out on our own ta.
