I've heard that Micky Adams has been involved in bringing these new people to the club. Has anyone noticed that Micky has now decided to do all the interviews and to keep Grewy and Horse away from the media. His demeanor this last week has been a very relaxed one for someone who'se hands are tied with regards to the playing side.

Don't trust them, even if they do announce something they will be the ones profiting more than PVFC as that's the type of people these people are.

As someone else mentioned, speak to the SC and we will gladly do business if it's a good deal for the club and not the board ****!

Any investor would be mad at this point to get involved. If they are serious they should speak direct to Pete at the supporters club!

Assets v Liabilities - arguably nil value if not negative value.

 

Cashflow crisis - decreasing crowds, withdrawal of commercial revenues - barely enough cash to see the season through, if at all.

 

The balance sheet is a real concern for any sensible investor.

 

A constitution prohibiting investment of more than 24.9% of the issued share capital, and preventing "associated" parties investing (remember that little nugget folks).

 

Question marks over the legitimacy of shares issued to PM and PD.

 

Issues with the Council regarding the mortgage - prima facie default by dint of the Gibraltar loan.

 

A fan base in open and hostile opposition to the current board and any one "associated" - investor or otherwise.

 

My question - precisely what is any investor supposedly investing in applying commerical rationale???????

 

Oh - and by the way, with the EGM imminent, no new shares should be issued (arguably breach of directors fiduciary duties), and surprise suprise....we have another anonymous investor announced - history really is repeating itself.

 

Hope but really does spring eternal.

can i ask LB or anyone, what bearing if any will the refusal of the board and its legal team to acknowledge the letter from the SC legal team to remind them of their duties

 

and their refusal to acknowledge as far as i'm aware the receipt of the request to convene a EGM

 

is that not a further case of acting or listening to the majority of the shareholders and further bringing their tenure into disrepute?

If MA is doing the introduction then the sub-text will be Bratt trying to return and MA being the human shield. The backlash for Adams would be horrendous... so hopefully not true, but he has a record of standing up in front of the board to deflect events away from them.
