Transfer Rumours Pre-Season

Hard to say who'll start up front.  Rodney looks very raw and missed a couple of chances,  Robinson didn't really get much service,  Cullen injured, the only certainty is that it won't be Pope.

I do think Robinson has been earmarked as our number one striker

I guess that is why he hasnt got a club right now,as he does have talent but is a total cock

Yeah that’s what I’ve heard. Very very good player but awful in the dressing room.

Ah i get you 🙂

Sadly for some(and i am a big pope fan) he wont be first choice next season,my thoughts are Robinson will be number one striker(as maynard would have been) then its between rodney and cullen for starts, would always be cullen but his injury record is a problem all 3 of Robinson,Cullen and Rodney can play anywhere in a front 3. Pope is fantastic to have on the bench and come on for some rough and tumble last 20 minutes.

This fascination with Osadebe is similar to the one some had with Ironside.

Basically both had half decent games against us in what was quite possibly our worst performance of the entire season.

In fact Osadebe had a really good game not a half decent game.

Is he really all that based on 90 minutes against a no show Vale ?

I'd suggest he isn't.

We also had a huge clamour on here for Durrell who ended up at York 😂

Completely agree. Sadly I think that Robinson will very quickly become the next ryan lloyd on here if he doesn't score a hattrick in his first match

12 goals is a steady return but Tom got 11 and Cullen 8. I just don’t think Theo will automatically be first choice how you’ve put it. after seeing him in the friendlies if fit Cullen will be first choice for me.

Apparently Durrell moved twice since he was at York now with Wrexham.

I personally don’t think Robinson will start Saturday. Looked a little bit off from being match fit if the Rochdale is anything to go buy.

Durrell ended up at york because of problems that he was having nothing to do with ability

As i said it would always be cullen but his fitness wont allow that, you cant seriously go off friendlies you would have seen Theo in considering we would of only seen the rochdale one when yes he did little but he had no service and nobody stood out in that first half, his first friendly resulted in him scoring yet none of us could watch that game so cant judge.

I really do think Theo will surprise a few IF given the time to do so

That will be the only reason is his fitness like you say,i still have no doubt when fit he was brought here to be the number one striker
