The story at the time ran that Smurthwaite objected to Wildes being 'profligate' with Smurthwaite's money and that the two fell out.. Doesn't seem to me like Wildes had a lot of financial clout, but he did manage to convince the administrators that he knew what he was talking about. Perhaps that was his sole function.

Unless MP has double doors I can't see Smurf getting through.

It sounds more like a legal threat..... with what's available I can't see a cause for action.

Smurf doing his big bad business man bullying tactics.... urine and flatulence... erectile dysfunction of the brain.. a hair on the sphincter muscle of a gnat.

Does this not show that smurthwaite is starting to worry about what the SC and Black and Gold might find out.

If i was Mark i wouldnt go walking down Hamil Road on a Friday night!!!

Can't those that previously have walked around with their eyes clouded by the Owner, now see that he simply ain't a person ANY sane and reasonable human being would want to carry on a relationship with our great Club, in any capacity? Fence sitters, Smurfettes or anybody who had even an inkling of the time of day for this ogre threatening our existence, seriously now have to question their very allegiance to Port Vale. There can be NO doubt now that Vale have to rid themselves in any way possible of him.

Excellent. The more widespread the news the better. It can only add to the pressure on the Owner to actually make one correct decision regarding Vale, and that is to sell up lock stock and barrel for a sensible price. We want our Club back.

I have sent over 30 tweets to different national papers, local papers, MP's, t.v. news broadcasters and other clubs fans forums. We are getting the word out there and we have had replies of 3 or 4 of them. My aim is everywhere smurthwaite looks/goes he will see bad press, black and gold signage and even have his aweful wife and daughter on his back, that will break him with a bit of luck...
