The Commentary works fine (Listen Now Button) but the Video with Commentary (Watch Live Button) is where the problem is. So if you can't access Radio Stoke then enquire if you can just pay for the Commentary Only.

As Toyah says above I wouldn't pay 10 quid hoping to see video until it's proven it works. It's a total crap shoot at the moment.

I've got some news from the EFL. Suffice to say, they tested the system during the Carabao Cup games on Tuesday (although not visible to subscribers) and they think they've fixed the problems. Might be some other news, but I am waiting for an answer to a question as to whether I can share it.

It took me a full week and 9 emails, to finally get a refund from last weeks shambles!

I swear, this company is an absolute joke!

Like most companies, they're quick to take money off you, slow to pay it back if they don't deliver.

Needless to say they won't be getting any of mine until such time as they solve the problems.

iFollow worked fine today for the Crawley game. The audio was just a fraction ahead of the video but not enough to spoil the enjoyment.

Agreed. I think they have got to grips with the issues. At the same time, the customer service issues have been acknowledged by senior EFL people and they will surely be watching how their contractor, NeuLion, perform in that regard.

I would say, if you want to watch the Carlisle game, you can be confident to go ahead.

It was okay for me today. A few short hitches (but not during play) sound very slightly out of synch but otherwise fine. From my experience I'd use chrome and make sure all buffers are cleared before logging on. And the coverage starts a really short time before kick-off. So don't panic if there is nothing doing with five minutes to go. This is normal.

There was an article last week about some of league games, I think it said where there were going to be no highlights shown on telly, would at a cost, be available to ifollow subscribers. Does anyone know if this is a possibility, because I am sure it said Carlisle could be one of them?

Hi, all. Technophobe here. I only heard about this facility today, and am interested in watching the Carlisle away game if I can. Does anyone know if you can watch one of these live games through your telly, or do you have to watch through your computer? Any info gratefully received!

It comes via the internet. You log on to Vale site and take it from there. So if you have a new fangle TV that has internet no problem. Or a laptop or something that you can connect to your TV. As an actual TV channel you can just flick to, no.

I just watch it on the laptop, it's too much mither hooking it up to the TV and it gets a bit slow. Plus there are others in the house who may (for their sins) not want to be watching Vale.

Technophobe here Mr B. One way to watch it on your tv would be to fit a "Cast" device to your tv/lap top, get the game on your lap top and "Cast" it to your tv, I've thought of doing this but never tried it. I've "casted" other stuff, mainly Youtube videos, from my lap top to my tv but never a Vale game.

I'm sure there are IT experts on OVF who would know if this would work or not or be able to suggest something else.

Thanks, Paul. I'll look into that.
