Same here. Shocking ‘service’.

 

I am a member of Super Vale Abroad on Facebook and we had the same issues through out. I sent a polite e-mail and received generic message back. I am a season payer so asked for 1/46 refund which will go to charity and I ask everyone do the same. I would also ask if anyone is holiday and paid for a one match subscription to leave your feed back here and also email [email protected]

 

If this problem persists then it is not good enough. iFollow are aware of the issues and will be experiencing teething problems as they try to integrate commentary with vision which was poor today to say the least. I was a member last season and had two windows open, one for commentary and one for vision and I synced them myself but this system was shut down. They have tried to do this themselves with poor results today. I will follow this up and report back here as and when I here back from iFollow.

I was frustrated with iFollow today. Last season I used my desktop via Microsoft Edge to watch the live stream video and it worked most of the time after a few issues. Today I couldn't get video but could get only audio, however from 60 mins into the match I did get live stream video and commentary on the same feed for ca 13 mins (audio was 10-20 secs ahead of video) then the whole lot froze and I had to do a total re-boot and then could only access audio.

 

Any one got any suggestions.

 

Must admit if there was an alternative to iFollow I would use it.

Today was a bad day with iFollow for Vale fans. It simply did not work for most of the game. I'm demanding my money back for that game. It was not a general ifollow problem, other clubs had no problem. The problem was Vale specific. Who knows who's who's fault it was. My guess is that the VP end of things was not working.

 

Anyway, I have screen shots and stuff that shows it was their (or Vale's) fault. And have already put in a complaint. We should all get our money back for that game. So long as you complain. So do it.

I couldn't watch it in Indonesia, first time I've brought the pass so majorly disappointed, audio worked however

 

 

The fact is iFollow was just not working for the game today. We got a few minutes here and there, but this was not due to us. It was not working and not your own fault. I got the money back for today's game and you should all do the same too.

 

 

If you have problems I have screen shots and the texts they sent to me confirming it was their problem. Just ask and I can provide you proof.

 

Let's hope it is better next time.

The full match replay also seems to be missing for yesterday. Looking at several other clubs they don't seem to have the same issue and the extended highlights for Vale are available so they clearly must have the footage.

 

The full match replay is available, but ironically it freezes at around 20 minutes into the game. Although the commentary is synced on the edited highlights (unlike the live stream) there is no commentary on the match replay, just crowd noise out of sync.

 

It’s a dog’s breakfast. I’ve emailed iFollow and copied the club. Max McLellan has kindly agreed to follow up. Bar some “enhancements”, it’s as bad as it was last season or worse.

 

It spoiled a great day for us exiles.

The other possible issue is last season when I had a problem with accessing the live stream I went onto the opponents website and accessed the live stream there with no problem.

 

On Saturday when I discovered the problem with the feed via Vale's website I tried to access iFollow via Cambridges' website but I was not able to login to iFollow. Hence there may be a change of policy by iFollow ie, once iFollow has been accessed through a club's website it can only be accessed in the future via that same club's website, if this is the case it would be a retrograde step in my view. I have a question about this into iFollow.
