Plenty of people complaining about the Boro-Blades match last night. It was the first EFL midweek game to be streamed live to fans buying a UK match pass. One interesting thought. If I'm not mistaken, it costs the same 10 quid to see a big game in the Championship as it does Morecambe against Newport County in League 2. That is a concern that I, for one, had not realised.

Here is my reply from the incompetents last week:

We aware of an issue that affected the live commentary and the video feed and that this was not available for some or all of the game.

 

First of all we would like to apologise for the inconvenience this caused and assure you that we are working with everyone involved to make sure we deliver a reliable and enjoyable service at all times.

 

We have identified what the cause of the issue was and a fix has been put in place to make sure that this does not affect games in the future

 

Once again we would like to apologise for the inconvenience this caused and thank you for your patience and understanding whilst this issue was fixed.

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund for a season pass.

 

You watch it will be a 'different' unforeseen issue as an excuse this time. I will be England next week and I have a good mind to post a load of horses-hit in their mail box, because that is exactly what we are being dished up.
