Administration

Most people who dont attend matches are making a decision regarding what to do with their money, some think what they are offered isnt worth the cost and some wont pay the cost to find out... Thats their choice just as it is yours.

I have no idea about the proximity of administration, Im not sure I care as long as it doesnt happen but if asking questions and getting answers can POSSIBLY prevent it I will ask them

Consider this....

What can be lost by asking questions?... nothing.

What can be lost by not asking questions?... everything.

BUt, what can be lost by hearing the same question 800 times a day? Probably a fair few brain cells and few years off your life.

Its a bit like the phone hacking enquirey, a few years ago questions were asked, and asked, and asked and asked and asked

It transpires now after the questions cornered those at the papers that the rumours were correct and those guilty will be bought to justice in my opinion.

If the points were never pushed from day one there would be no enquirey

So do I but so what?

Because they posted something which seems to be entirely incorrect and has resulted in damage to the club they purport to be a supporter of. This has probably unsettled staff and players who have feared for their jobs, affected staff morale, worried sponsors and investors and added to the sense of uncertainty around the club that Mickey has said is affecting performances.

I also know that if I was Miller and was being accused of not paying for my shares, and knowing that I need to get the fans onside, I would prove via the press that I had indeed paid for them and that the club had received the money.

Indeed Tim, think that's what's been worrying most fans, the silence, like you say I would have been shouting the proof from the rooftop had it been me and put the issue to bed. Plus I was always concerned to why either him or Deakin would buy more shares than they initially needed too!

Seeing as Deakin wouldn't show Mark Simms up to date bank statements when he was doing his due dilligence (a basic requirement for that process I would say), I somehow can't see Miller releasing this information now to prove his word.

That is the problem with Deakin and Miller, things just dont' add up yet they do nothing to prove they are what they say they are.

Exactly Tosh, its what I would do, provide evidence that can not be refuted to make those starting the rumours look absolutely stupid, at the same time scoring a massive PR coup

Therefore I think they should apologise for being a moron.

The source of the original information is very close to the club so the original poster is not a moron for posting what this source told him, especially when other things he has been told have subsequently proved to be true.

The players and staff etc would have nothing to worry about if the ceo has done his job and put the matter to bed. I would suggest the staff are more fearful of their jobs based on the number of people who have been made redundant just lately rather than rumours on an interrnet messageboard.

Nail. On. Head.

The fact is, it's generally a hundred or so keyboard warriors that come up with these rumours and fan the flames of abuse on a daily basis on this very website. The new board haven't been there 5 minutes but some morons are saying they want them out yesterday. I am as dismayed as the next person about our current fate, however, I am not a moron who constantly berates the club for everything, starts rumours and suggests that if the board were to change tomorrow then we'd be in the Championship. Funnily enough, some of these people are the same people now saying Mickey should be sacked!

One of the other things that constantly amuses me is that many of the posters who have racked up thousands and thousands of posts on here, actually seem to admit they don't even go to games. Maybe it's time for another hobby rather than internet rumour monger and abuser?

Correct they have only been here a short while. But in that time they have failed on more of their promises than they have achieved.
