Crewe Ticket and seating decision

Balled headed *****, green parker.

Sorry should be bald, but kind of works:smile:

He then got flattened by Montano. On the yoube video around 1 min 5 secs in you see Hornby get hit but the camera pans away and this was when Montano hit the guy, as the camera pans back around you can see him getting up off the floor. He got everything he deserved, the players have every right to defend themselves if fans do that.

Surprised that little Crewe player who pushed Whitfield over the barrier didn't get another yellow for that. No need for our fans to come on the pitch and give the lad a shove though. The steward chucking the item at the feet of Hannant is just bizarre. Strange bunch.

Even Blakeman and Sproson were getting harassed on air by Crewe fans at the top of the stand so I’m not surprised the same idiots tried it on with Norm.

On the way home from the game I heard them mention something about the Crewe fans near them on praise and grumble, what was said to them?

Ultimately Crewe have failed to protect player safety, when a player gets assaulted its usually all over the press but looks as though we’ve not made a meal out of it.

It’s far worse than anything you’ve seen us do that our players are endangered like that and should be severely punished. If he had a weapon there he could of done serious damage. Hornby clearly looks shaken by it as he doesn’t even react to it. Some players would have laid him out on the turf! Monty is shoved around too.

I imagine this may develop in the coming days now the video has been edited by Doha and circulated. The FA will I dare say come across it. The minimum our club should expect away from home is that our players are protected. Complete and utter incompetence by Crewe Alexandra FC.

If it had happened in the PL it would be front page news.

Imagine a player being assaulted by a fan at a premier league game. Look at the coverage that Wigan v Man City FA Cup game got on TV when Aguero tried to smack one of their fans on the pitch.

West Ham statement after banning five supporters for life for entering the field of play.

"West Ham United would like to reiterate that the safety and security of our supporters, players and staff remains our absolute priority at London Stadium.

We take a zero tolerance approach to any form of violence that endangers the welfare of others, and we are committed to ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all spectators."

Does assaulting a goalkeeper on the field of play in an EFL game fall into the same category?

This is appalling. That steward has to be sacked and banned. It defies belief that a paid employee of another club can treat our players like this on the pitch. Sam Hornby was assaulted twice by the same Crewe criminal who should be easy to identify. I thought our players behaved exceptionally well. I expect life bans for some fans. If Crewe fail to act they should be boycotted by all decent fans. This is truly shocking and compromises our wonderful game

No mention of the cretin pushing Whitfield into the crowd though.

that can be verified by video now in the public domain, and both the ref and linesman need to be censored for not taking action although almost right in front of them... and also evidence of Sam being manhandled, and the stewards actions.

A protest now to the fa, especially now there is proof on film and the Mirror has high-lighted problems... even the police don't come out of it very well, pictures showing one pc pushing a crwho cretin back into the crowd, and a picture showing 3-4 pc's watching a cretin running around...

So get e-mailing the fa...

They dropped the ball massively from when people first got in sitting in unallocated seating, they must have 10% unallocated to comply with H&S requirements. Their stewards were idiots, “I’ve given you a solution” was his mantra as he sat on his arse with loads of fans standing up in gangways.

Their stewards even joined in with the antics and they should be reviewed. They even allowed a couple of dozen of their kids onto the pitch, one slightly grown up kid having a right go at Hornby. Harness and Howkins fended him off.

All in all very poor stewarding and game management and the pies were £3 a pop and they were ***** too.

Yes, apparently the pies were crap cos one of our followers lobbed one in the direction of the liner , narrowly missing his skull. Would probably have took his head off if it had connected.
