what are the odds on hughes getting sacked(especially if the board give him a vote of confidence) and the replacement certainly an own goal or insider trading depending on which way you look at it:laugh:

If a footballer can’t bet on games, then how can an owner / chairman set odds for games. Seems some double standards if you ask me. There again it is Coates so anything goes.

 

Similar to a jockey.A jockey can’t bet.The horse owner can.Coates probably won’t even know the odds.Odds compilers/traders set the price.

So an horse owner can buy a donkey and install a s##t trainer and get his employees to set the odds for the horse to fail. Win / win.
