He is either very thick skinned, very thick or very confident in his ability to sort this out successfully..I'd almost admire him if it is the latter but then I am sure lots of failures have had the confidence that they could sort things out. if he is staying then I hope his confidence is not misplaced

In not sacking brown it proves that Norman is now willing to accept 100% of the blame for state of the club.

 

He deserves it too.

 

All those that were trying to shift the blame onto Browny must be gutted now!

 

Browny is shocking and should be sacked... by not doing it Norman is proving he is either incompetent, or doing it on purpose.

Why would Brown resign? Nobody else is going to give him a job as a manager. It's up to the owner/chairman/CEO/whoever is in charge today to sack him. Unfortunately, I have no faith that they would employ anybody better.

I considered it but that I thought why bother. They doing something good for local people and I grudgingly respect that. Made me realise the gulf between us. They have always been bigger but it's a gaping chasm between us and them. I just want a well run club and competitive team.

I don't mind them being in the premiership but where would they be without bet365 money? All the money from the premiership so it's easy to give things away but harder for us , also as said before they don't even need anyone in the stadium anymore

Oh definitely. They can afford to ticket sales don't affect them. They are huge for us but I don't get why we are not giving away or heavily encouraging students/kids to attend. We have plenty of seats.
