I probably didn't make myself clear. I meant that Manorshop could / would only have enough collateral to buy the club but with the premise that they could indeed by the ground at a later date. In my opinion (and it's only a hunch) it's already a done deal.

You're making the situation worse and giving him the ammunition to dig his heels in more and ruin the club.
