They were already getting half a billion. I think it's good for Northern Ireland who could do with an investment in its infrastructure, I'd just like to know how the Government is going to budget the extra half billion pounds.

Reduce the speed limit on non-motorway roads that are currently 60mph to 50mph would save lives, free up some NHS resources because of fewer accidents, save animals and children hit by reckess drivers and when about 2000 more speed cameras are put on those roads, the additional revenue in fines will be massive. Environmentally friendly too.

Also, £1000 minimum fine for anyone fly-tipping even a single binbag, bigger fines for those with van and trailer -loads and confiscate their vehicles for re-sale.

A 50 per cent extra tax on fireworks for use out of organised displays.

£800 minimum fine for anyone without a blue Badge parking in Disabled parking bays. Anyone not paying within a month, car confiscated for resale.

£3000 fine and confiscation for resale of the car for anyone caught on 2nd offence of using a mobile phone whilst driving

£1000 minimum fine for cruelty to animals, including kicking a dog or cat and a lifetime ban on keeping a pet. Confiscation of property if not paid within a month, including car / TV etc. If the criminal is under 16, parents to pay.

£1000 minimum fine for carrying any dangerous weapon like knife, as well as jail term. Same rules as above on confiscation if not paid.

Companies breaking any Health and Safety regulations to be heavily fined, with additional individual fines for all company directors and a percentage of profits of the company impounded and added to the fine.

I'm sure there are many others you'd love too.

Maybe you, FUA, Phil, RB, and JA should move to Scotland and take advantage of all the free goodies. On second thoughts, Northern Ireland might be better - you could have told the DUP they should have asked for free prescriptions too.

What are you on about?Scotland and Wales have devolved Parliaments. They can **** up their countries how ever they like. The question was about extra funding for the NHS in England,Wales and Scotland. If the SNP choose other things to waste money that's their decision.Wales NHS is getting destroyed by Labour.

N Ireland is receiving extra dosh for the country to be distributed by the Irish Executive not the DUP.Maybe you and hobo should realise Jez didn't win.Thank your/our lucky stars and get over it.

A few people always have the hump. Just cannot stand being on the losing team I guess.

It's your money as well, maybe they will increase income tax to pay for it.

Or perhaps you'll need some expensive prescriptions that would be free in Scotland ?
