We might have a change of league status but i doubt that it will be in the upwards direction.

 

Oh dear, it won't be that bad even with the worst efforts of Smurf.

 

MB will prove to be a good manager and we will be around the bottom end of the playoffs.

I'm not too sure they would.... a decent experienced manager would've kept us up no question.

 

We were sliding badly under Bruno and then the chairman sold two of our best players and wouldn't pay for another of our best players. It's a joke to beat down any manager who has had to deal with that!

Listen, I think a lot of people on here are sick of my negative comments but I'd just like to clarify that my total anger is vented at the chairman not Michael Brown or anyone else. He got us into this mess and I expect him to have the sense to get us out of it.

Imagine being offered a job that you really enjoy doing and it paid more than £500 a week.

Would you tell the would be employer that you have other irons in the fire and that you are going on holiday in a couple of weeks time whereafter you would consider the job?

Would the wouldbe employer say 'O.K. sonny have nice holiday and let me know at your convenience'

If Bikey and Eagles eventually decide to decline the offer of the contract, is M.Brown shrewd enough to have their replacements lined up and ready to sign?

I think we all saw what plan Michael Brown had in January and blew it.Bruno resigned on 23 Dec and Brown had the whole of January to sign players but just replaced Alnick,Jones and Grant with young kids and geriatrics.Brown should carry the can for getting us relegated and doesn't seem capable of persuading people to sign contracts.where is he going to sign the supposedly 15 to 16 players required from.Obviously he is now having to sign untried youngsters to make up the numbers and will only sign a few players and then bring in loan players at the end of July to complete his squad.

I understand we had 2 strikers at vale park ready to sign in Jan but a certain someone that's not Brown pulled the plug on the deals!

I've had this discussion numerous times and don't want make this thread go off topic but I completely disagree. Just because he's lost his two best players dosent mean we should have been as bad as we were! We were a disgrace under brown last season an embarrassment.
