I just think some fans are overly harsh on him! He's working with a joke of a chairman so it's hard to gather an accurate opinion of him!

What a load of crap. Good managers use tactics to win games. They don't moan about the quality of the squad when they signed 10players in January. They don't moan they don't have a forward when we score one goal in ten games, because of his crap tactics.

 

Did Gary monk blame the chairman ?or did he knuckle down and make a decent Leeds side which actually benefits his career.

 

Did Sam allardyce or Tony pulis moan their squad was rubbish and they didn't sign them, when they managed to keep sunderland and palace up with the same side that had put them down their in the first place?

How about Mike Flynn at Newport then? Only appointed in 9th March when they were 11 points adrift and at that stage couldn't recruit anyone. That didn't turn out too bad
