You are wrong mate the club can now sell new shares at any price they like i.e. not necessarilly £5 each.

This is why I specifically asked ML in public at BGWMC that the club would only sell shares at £5 each.

Mike lloyd has confirmed to me tonight that they are buying 24.9%.

He has also confirmed that he has bought Bill Bratt's shares.

shame on bill, from hero to zero

Why has that changed from the £5?

When and how was the price changed? I thought it was in the articles, did it not stop Jackson from buying cheaply. what price has Perry paid?

If they are selling at any other price than £5 a share they are surely contravening the Articles of Association which specifies the unit price.

Additionally who are "they" who are buying the 24.9% and why will Lloyd and Deakin not go on public record to specify what BSI have injected and what shares they are getting for it?

I wonder if this PD wanting to join the Board thing is to paper over a crack that has already appeared. If Bratt has already sold his shares then he is not eligible to be on the Board, therefore leaving it inquorate. Getting PD in PDQ is the easiest way to get the numbers up. They obviously don't want Mark Sims.

Perhaps Perry will 'sponsor' Grewy......can I call him Grewy? ;)

OK mate... 2 questions... didnt it restrict the share price in the articles, if so when were they changed?...

if lloyd has bought bratts shares why is bratt still on the board...?... he dosent have the minimum share requirement and it is therefore very misleading to say its either deakin or bratt... which also makes the board inquorate by default.... Im not picking holes Dave.... I get more confused by the day.... I cant put my finger on it but it just feels "wronger" by the day

I thought I said it pretty clear ML has confirmed that the club will only sell new shares at £5 each even though they now have the legal right to sell for less than £5.

Its to do Company Law and Jacko was the first to notice that they were now in a position to sell for less than or more than £5 if they wished.

Once again its not something theyve created its standard company law in relation to share sales. Hopefully Jean will sign on and clarify.

But come what may Vale shares are remaining at £5 each as far as ML is concerned.

Obviously any share sales between an existing shareholder selling his existing shares to a third person can be done at whatever price they agree between themselves. Hence the Rob Lee debacle with Mo.

They have gone on record that 8m will be injected.

They have also said that they are to receive 24.9% of the issued shares.

From what has been intimated on this thread, I am putting 2 and 2 together and thinking that a contract has been drawn up whereby the end result is exactly what has been said - 8m in to the Vale and 24.9% shares given to Blue Sky in return.

But that is just an intelligent guess.

That means that the Board is now inquorate. They cannot do business, or so they have told us in the past.
