I'm not a fan of Moore,however Brown has had 2 months and 1 transfer window to get the job andnot staked his claim. We need someone who knows how to battle and Moore fits that bill. There are many managers I would like instead of him but Smurf won't pay the money.

You should get a new manager bounce, which might just get us a couple of wins giving half a chance of staying up.

2 months is enough time for a Caretaker manager to show if they can do it and most don't get the luxury of brining in players which Brown has done. If he was a full time manager I would agree.

He then had 3 of those taken away, 2 sold and top scorer Jones not kept and was not given any money or much time to do anything - in other words the perfect scapegoat as the club loses its assets and heads for oblivion.

 

Have a good look at that league table tonight Vale fans and especially you Smurf - what is so terrible is that it is probably the highest position you will see Vale in until we get a new chairman.

How many decent out of contract players are there that would improve us? If they haven't been with a club for a while how match fit are they? Brown has been hampered ever since he got the job with injuries and players who have left. I really feel for the guy and for me its not his fault.

The transfer window signings looked like Smurf had already resigned to the fact we are playing league 2 football next season. I just really hope it is without him running the club.
