1) It depends what you mean by large and there still needs to be astute management long term which given our potential for regular revenue as opposed to sporadic capital injections is the more important issue

2) May not have been, I don't know

3) as before they're not the best "because" they turned this investment down, they may not be the best.

4) Facetious but you're probably right. My own take on it is that Mo can part the Red Sea all he likes, though I didn't realize the children of Israel were one of his good causes, and the present board could start throwing dodos from the directors' box, I'm interested in what's going on on the pitch and at this point I don't have a clear opinion of who in the boardroom will deliver better in the future.

It MIGHT be that V2001 + a kick up the behind is a better prospect than Sims et al's ambivalence. I'm indifferent to who it is brings success, though I might have to review where I sit if the dodos start flying.

All very eloquently put, your only oversight being that Bratt, Lloyd & Oliver could not organise a chimps tea party never mind a proffesional football club.

... and yet still seem to have outwitted Chaudry.

I expect this to go over your head, because if you havent picked this up yet, I doubt you will now. But Chaudry could only buy the shares after the vote because the board can veto any share purchase. The board could shares whenever they wanted. Like I said before (I still dont understand your half sentence reply), when the dice is so loaded in your favour, vetoing share purchases is not 'outwitting' anyone. Its self service.

Lloyd told us on Thursday that he holds £62,500 of shares.

Previously he had £50,000. He confirmed that the Broxap shares had been split four ways (£12,500 each). Jackson welched out after he got voted off.

So where has Bratts extra shares come from? Did he buy up more before the EGM?

Lloyd told us that Bratt holds £65,000.

Bratt is telling people privately that he holds £115,000.

Where is the missing £50,000? Could it be the money he was rumoured to have put into Jackson and Meigh's investment but denied was the case?

The club are being as obstructive as possible with regard to obtaining an up to date share register.

From what we were told about the shareholdings of the directors on Thursday, it is clear that Robert Lee wasn't the only person who sold his shares in the run up to the EGM.

Hee, hee, hee, hee, ha, ha, ha :)

Nearly fell off my chair with laughter.

27 people think that the board have done a good job and 30 people think that they should stay on. Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho.

Funniest moment of the day ay ay ha ha ha .

I have emailed the club and asked them to provide the information I asked for and for which they have charged me too.

It will be interesting to see whether they provide the information or not. It would seem a little crass not to provide as any shareholder has the right to go in see the register any way.

BTW I am still waiting for a response from the club on the voting pattern from the EGM.
