If Norman thinks that Paul Dickov is a quality candidate, then he is more deluded than i first thought.

Exactly my thoughts - on both Dickov and Brian Little (who is at least 10 years past it as a manager). Very worrying if he classes these as "outstanding candidates". Hopefully the fact that another, seemingly very credible, candidate has been dropped right on his lap will mean we get away with it.

I'm sure he doesn't, they don't fit with what the chairman described (maybe to a degree Little does), the Sentinel have messed up in my opinion.

Most managers don't do as well on their second spell, it also depends on the standard they are set. Wenger has not done much recently, just qualified for the Champions League. 21 managers in L1 fail to get promotion every season, but 4 get relegated if not already sacked.

im not on about the second spell though? where have i actually said anything about mourinhos second spell, im on about his first spell, but speaking of his second spell, overall because his first spell was that good at chelsea, he was a success!
