As a director...definitely. It is ludicrous that he is director by and standards. As a manager, he is no longer the messiah for me. He will be judged on results like any other manager. No longer MR untouchable as far as Im concerned. This is his third season with us in league 2, if he fails to get us promoted, then he has failed.

I want him out of the boardroom, yes. Get on with managing the team.

We can't afford to waste money paying him off, so I'd give him at least a season, no matter who is on the board during this period.

Players who cannot stand chanting should only play in non-league lower divisions. All MA has to say " Ignore it, they do not like directors without first names beginning with M, and want to get rid of them. when we kick-off all that chanting will be for you, just like on Sky.
