Micky saying what the Board want him to say as ever.....but Adams only signed inexperienced young players because the Board rejected investment.

 

However that said the first team is the same set of players that bottled it in the last two seasons and they know all about the protests and what it is about and many support it and have said it doesn't affect them and that they know it is not about them......so it seems that Adams is as full of nonesense as Deakin only Adams attempts a moral blackmail and Deakin just goes straight for old school bribery.

 

Adams is really showing his colours as part of the set up and should not get involved....if Adams really wanted unity then he should be calling for the Directors to honour the vote of no confidence and resign.

A few more comments like that and if Adams doesn't get off to an incredible start to the season then the fans could turn on Adams.

Adams is starting to really annoy me now. Doesnt want to get involved in politics but is on the board and is sticking his oar in with regards the protests.

We were here before you, we were here when you swanned off to sheffield utd, and we will be here when you leave again. We have been fighting these *******s for the last 6 months, why the hell should we stop now.

Genuine question: In what way is Micky "getting involved".

 

He said that he was only becoming a Director in order to sign players.

As far as I can see, nothing's changed from that.

 

I'm happy to be corrected though, so no jumping down my throat thanks!

 

You see, this is the part I'm not too sure about because I thought the FA would not have objected to MA signing players / organising contract etc without the need for him to become a 'Director.

 

Like you, I'm happy to be counselled otherwise :)

If the protests might be heard in the home dressing room then they will be heard in the away dressing room...the home dressing room are used to the protests however the protest might unsettle the away dressing room..

it also can unsettle a dressing room when the manager is always looking for

another job...or when the manager is a Director and makes himself unpopular as a stooge for a Board of Directors who will not honour a vote of no confidence and resign.

Why doesn't Micky just tell the players that the protesters are protesting against the Board not the team. Simple's

 

The players already know. They came out through the fans all season. Spoke to us and shook our hands. Micky is just towing the director line.
