Well most Clubs in Lge 1 will be reducing there budgets not sure about 3 coming down from Championship

That is true but you have to have the cash flow to keep the wolves away as well. You can have a successful product, but if you don't have the cash to service the bills, then it will fail. Hopefully and it sounds like the non playing staff are now looking at using the club for non-playing activities to bring money into the club. Hopefully advertising boards and new hospitality packages will be introduced to new companies so they can support the Vale and not the deck chair bunch down the road.

 

Fans have never had the new shirt so early into the pre-season, so they can buy shirts for their holidays. That should be a hit for sure.

Very true sir, but I hope we will spend as much as we may - wisely. I'd rather have a smaller squad with more quality than a larger squad with players not even on the bench but sitting in the stands getting paid for what I and other fans pay to do - watch!

 

Can we assume that Rob is doing all he can to ensure we have a 'squad' with the ability to entertain us and win more than we lose?
