Notts County "police intel"

Following on from Saturday's excellent effort by Staffs Police, I think the least we can do is help the Notts Constabulary to achieve similar success.

 

I've heard that several Vale fans won't be looking for trouble on Saturday. I've also heard that some will be singing songs (maybe even outside the ground), and there's a real potential for some fans to drink beer beforehand. Jumping up and down and cheering was also mentioned, but don't quote me on that.

 

It wouldn't surprise me if some catch a train, but it's so hard to tell with these people.

 

Can anyone else help with "intel"?

you for got to say some will travel by coach, mini bus, car, and will have brought tickets in advance others will want to buy there ticket on the day only to get there and find they are not selling tickets on the day just like villa did Saturday also what was the cost to the police for the royal visit last week more or less than what they want to charge the vale

I'll be getting the train from Birmingham New St so it may be a good idea to inform the Police of what time train I am getting and where I plan to have a drink before the game.

So far Notts Police are just planning passport checks, body searches, water-boarding and interrogation but judging by this information they may have to step things up a bit.

 

This idea of people travelling without a ticket sounds particularly troublesome. Doesn't that make those people hooligans already?

I've not witnessed it myself but I've heard that the Vale fans will be disguising themselves with football scarves, vale shirts and other memorabilia.
