Neal

Yates, grimmer, davis, dicko

JMW, knott, loft, taylor

lines

pope

Don't really see a point in playing any of the other strikers, as they can't play together or they're not very good.

Perhaps lines can get close to pope and play some interesting balls for him.

Loft and knott combined can do grifts job a lot better than he can, and play two wingers to actually put the ball in for pope.

Grimmer has got to be any early doubt for this 1! Anyone heard anything on the injury?

If they're at it and score early then it really could be cringeworthy stuff. They obviously have players with bags more of ability than ours as our budget does not compete with theirs, but hopefully we can at least match them in attitude and application and not roll over and have to suffer a reach around.

Toughest team to pick all season for me. Whether we attack or sit back, I really cant see us picking up a result at the moment. With Grimmer now looking to miss the trip, i'd go with:

Neal

Yates Duffy Davis Dickinson

Birchall Lines Griff Knott Loft

Pope

Bench: Johnson, Robertson, Jones, Dodds, JMW, Tomlin, Hugill.

- Duffy in for a bit more pace to try and handle their striker Nouha Dicko who has bags of it. A bit of communication will be useful too! Robertson on the bench for cover.

- Birchall to protect Yates from getting murdered by either Sako or Jacobs.

- Knott looked tidy today. Him in a 5 could be interesting as he could easily move in behind Pope and get balls into him when attacking. Hopefully he can get a few shots away too.

- Loft back to left midfield where he looked comfortable earlier on in the season.

- Pope up top on his own. May look negative but are any of the others looking to contribute with goals? Can all make an impact when coming on however. Birchall and Loft providing good crosses could cause them problems if Tom's up for it.

They play 4-5-1 usually and if we play 4-4-2, we would get demolished, simple as that. Just go and match them I say and see what happens...

Will be one of either two things.

Either very, very messy - or an incredible win against the form book and all the odds.

In the old days we always used to give Wolves a game when they (and by 'they' I'm mainly referring to Mark McGhee) thought that all they had to do was turn up.
