Am I right in thinking Duffy, Cuvelier and now Grimmer were injured and stretchered off in relatively the same area of pitch?

Hamil Road half near the exec boxes?

Curvelier was infront of the railway side, Duffy lawn street side but just inside the bycars half I think.

When I left the ground after the final whistle yesterday, the ticket office was shuttered up.

Despite the poor show, I still wanted to pick up my Wolves ticket as I live 50 miles away.

So now, presumably I will have to cop for an online booking fee or a debit card charge......plus the hassle of having to do the legwork.

Does anyone know who came up with this master-stroke ?

After yesterday's debacle and having just watched the goals, I think most of us would consider anything under 3 progress of sorts. Especially when you also consider the home game when they were 3 up without getting out of third gear.

In any event it looks like we'll be without Grimmer so what should team be??

I have felt for some time we should give 5-3-2 ago as the number of teams - including those in the bottom 4 - who have dominated us in the centre of midfield is frightening.

Therefore as centre backs I would have Dickinson, Davis and Robertson (!) with Jones and Yates wing backs. The midfield would be Lines, Loft and Knott. Up front it would be Pope and either Williamson or Dodds. I say Dodds because he has played practically everywhere else, and if he can't make this role work for him then it really will be time to say thank you and goodbye.

This on paper should be is fairly solid, allow us to keep hold of the ball better and still have enough creativity to work openings. They are on fire at the moment and I'm afraid "Hoof Ball" ain't gonna get us anywhere.

Thoughts?

I am not too unhappy with the formation suggested but would replace Jones with JMW as he can do something majic IF THE MOOD takes him. Williamson for me to partner Pope. We need to take the battle to Wolves as we can't defend. For that to happen Lines needs to get his finger out and Knott needs to show the energy levels and skills in his little cameo role on Saturday. Let us hope that it is after the Lords Mayor show for Wolves.
