Broxap to vote against Board at EGM

As far as I am concerned great news that Broxap are not supporting the board, that is potentialy an 8% swing against the board, a massive dent.If all the anti board vote can be galvanised then June 1st could be a day.

We all assume that the boards 28% will remain solid.

Given the boards disunity and back stabbing in the past what are the chances of this bunch splitting and trying for “self preservation” deals behind each others backs….

Thanks jacko51 so that means we are in the same place as before cus we new that he wasn't backing the board after rob withdrew mudie's proxy of the shares so that means that we are still hoping for the RW support other than that we hav not got much chance ??

If you wanted to buy.... say cheadle radio.... and from the outside the debt was 1.5M, on closer scrutiny of the books you find hidden or undisclosed debt of a further 7m in loans or directors loans that qualify for exorbitant interest if the director was voted off the board or securities given.....

Would you still make the same offer?..... or revise it?

In all fairness there is a real point here that the new board need to be people acting in the interests of PVFC and not just one investor. Otherwise the whole debate will be back to square 1.

It is better because R Lee could have abstained, now his votes are stacked on our side. A mini board may happen, fingers crossed. Obviously RW`s vote is still crucial.

No, Broxap withdrew Graham Mudie’s proxy due to misuse and some confusion over the representation.

Broxap were not aligned behind either party so the vote could have been

1, for the board

2, for NLV motions

3, abstain on all votes

 

This puts the vote firmly behind NLV

In addition to this, it seems that Bill Bratt is now telling club staff that Mo has secured Robbie's proxy.

 

If true then I believe Port Vale will have been rescued in June.

Great news if true. My only worry is the possibility (yes, rumour, not fact!) that the current board are doing everything in their power to make the things as bad as possible for Mo when he comes in.
