Is it me or are the board (knowing it’s all over) starting to leave a mess for the incoming directors?

 

It does look like that, Make a massive mess before you leave and create loads of problems for the incoming people to clear up, thus causing untold problems that will take longer to rectify.

Are V2001 beginning to realise that they may well lose the EGM vote and are trying to leave as many financial problems as possible for Mo and Mark?

 

Seems strange to sign Micky on double his last salary with a 3 year contract when we are cutting the playing budget drastically following the success of SEO.

 

Or, once again, has Bratt got it wrong and assumed Mo would want to remove Micky when the truth is the opposite?

I'm also wondering this. If they start to spend more money they haven't got, then I can only think they're throwing in the towel.

 

Still, let's not make assumptions, we still need all the votes we can to get them out and continue the SEO campaign until it happens.

Given that we now deal in Tax law as well as Company law, if it can be proved that the current Board are acting irresponsibly I reckon they may become personally liable for any debts in accordance with 42/2 etc. Keep it up boys.

That's interesting then because loss of ground ownership this is the boards main, unsubstantiated argument for not selling the club to Mo in their latest bit of propaganda!
