Sam Morsy was decent today, he is a quality footballer you could tell, shame if he is released.

Don't quote me on this but been told from an excellent source usually that Williamson, Yates, Dodds, and Chilvers will all be leaving with Dodds possibly being lined up by Burton. Also Kingsley James, Calvin Andrew and Clayton McDonald expected to leave. He didn't know about the future of Morsy though but as we are all aware Micky isn't a big fan.

 

Also that Micky is aiming at bringing in 6 players over the summer.

Loft won't get released, he's very close to agreeing a new deal. I wouldn't release Williamson either, he's been very unlucky to find himself out of the team so much during the season. He's young, hungry and within the perfect company in Hughes and pope to become an excellent player in the next few years.

 

Totally agree Ben offers pace and has been our super sub plus Popey obviously likes playing with him

well none of those featured today ... wouldn't be too upset at that though, apart from williamson who is a great player to have on the bench. yates and chilvers have been great in the run in but would they cut it in league 1?

I hope Sam Morsy and Joe Davis are offered new contracts. We have to have a few good young players in the squad who are given time to take a place in the first team. We can't have only older players.

The quality of football this season has been poor except on the odd occasion and when playing against ten men

Promotion says more about the quality of the league so I would not retain many.
