Paddock Sold Out

The visitors onna goin sell 4k. When do we decide to partition the Hamil?

The "Police Football Intelligence Unit" will rule that out.

Their full-time officer will refer to an incident when a Vale fan called a Cobblers fan a cad in 1973.

On that basis there is to be no segregated areas in the Hamil.

Please note that intelligence is out of place in that sentence.

Whilst listening to the Bradford commentary on Tuesday, the pundits stated that it was the highest attendance in League two of the season; 13461.

We are the highest goal scorers in the country, we have the highest goal scorer in the country, let's get the highest attendance in the league this season.

Getting twitchy now!

Does anyone know if Cobblers are all ticket too for the Hamil, or are their fans allowed to turn up on Saturday and obtain ticket at kiosk before being allowed entrance? If the latter then surely there will be quite a few locals who want to see the game paying that way too? Makes sense therefore for the plod to allow some segregation, depending on how many Cobblers turn up. Cannot be rocket science can it to section off so many seats in the centre to allow even more Valiants in and put the 1,000, say, opposing fans at one side of the Hamil.

I think it may be the concourse area that is the issue.

Only 3,000 tickets left! Where are all those that mocked the "offer" now? New owners know more than you give them credit for. FEED THE VALE AND WE WILL FILL THE GROUND!!

i wouldnt go so far as to say that i "mocked" the offer but i will put my hand up and say that i did not think it was much of an draw. i still dont - lets not rule out the magnitude of the game which might (just might ) have sold the tickets at full price any way.

the acid test of whether the "offer" swung the increased attendance it will be season ticket sales. As i recall , we got about 6000 vale fans for aldershot. Suppose for arguments sake we get a home the attendance on saturday of 15,000 - I will be astonished if the 9000 increased attendance is mirrored by an increase in ticket season sales. i would love to be proved wrong.
