Excerlent solid proformance in monsoon conditions,3-0 is a fair result and I give credit to Wimbledon for giving it a go,the ref handled the game well for a change so credit to him aswell .. I would normally say it was a poor crowd but credit to those who turned out in those conditions .. All in all a perfect night at VALE PARK 😀

Absolute class game for every player, standout performance yet again by Burge! We need to get that lad signed to a longer contract NOW! Wildes is playing a dangerous game leaving it to the end of the season... Agree 2 contracts with players based on L1 or L2?!?

It was a case of how many would we score? They had a 5 minute spell 1st half and then 5 minutes at the end of the game when we'd taken our foot of the gas... Our attacking play is top draw.. If Edgar watched that tonight he must be checking the rule book to see if he can play 14 lads to keep our front 6 in check on Saturday...

Special mention to Vincent, scored 2 goals and looks to have for most of his Mojo back... Hats off to Micky for persisting with him, I was all for dropping him based on the prev 3 games.

Jones what a signing, that lad could run to timbucktoo and back and still play 90 minutes, great player...

Purse and Chilvers rock solid! Very assured, Duffy just goes about his game and plays the ball really well with Williams

Pope and Hughes what a goal threat! Defences are marking Pope out of the game and leaving space for others to play into and having Hughes on board he doesn't need many chances to score a goal..

So excited, if you ain't bothered getting down to Vale, get down there - we're making history!

12 points clear of 4th is the most important thing. 8 more wins and I think it will be confirmed.

Can't think of a bad performance by anybody to tonight. Burge was immense, Neal worked hard for his clean sheet and Vincent looked a bit more like his old self.

Confidence is flowing right through the team, we look solid at the back and terrify defences every time we go forward. Lets have it.
