John Froggatt scored 15 seconds into his debut, it was a home night game !!

 

The remarkable thing about this quick goal is that it was the opposition that kicked off. I am also sure it was less than fifteen seconds too. I remember it very well. The opposition centre forward kicked off to his inside forward who passed it back to his centre half who mis-controlled it and it went under his foot. Froggatt had chased him down and as the ball squirmed away from the centre half he smashed it in the net.
